Jackie is a role model, both in her personal and professional life. Jackie’s passion and drive in life is to help people. When the unit is in need of an expert or a change agent, Jackie is the first to volunteer. She often goes the extra mile to answer a question and find a solution for a patient or colleague. When in clinic, Jackie develops a great rapport with her patients, colleagues, and providers. She quickly evaluates and moves patients through the transplant process with a helping hand and excellent clinical judgment. Jackie has made a positive impact and a difference in her patient’s and colleague’s lives by maintaining composure, professionalism, and leadership throughout her daily work. Jackie fully embodies the UCSF PRIDE values in her everyday life and is a key member of the transplant team.
